By using Fully Informed (fullyinformed.co.uk) you agree to these terms.

The service

Fully Informed routes your prompts to third-party AI models, orchestrates a structured debate between them, and returns a synthesised answer. Output is generated by AI models and may be wrong, incomplete, or biased — it is not professional advice, and you are responsible for how you use it.

Accounts

You sign in with a third-party identity provider (Google, GitHub, or Microsoft). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Credits and billing

The service is pay-as-you-go: you buy credits, and each run deducts its cost from your balance. Every deduction is itemised in your billing ledger.
New accounts receive a small promotional credit. Promotional credit has no cash value.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Optional auto top-up charges your saved payment method when your balance falls below your chosen threshold; you can disable it at any time.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us about billing errors and we will put them right.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity, to attempt to breach the service or other users' data, or in violation of the upstream model providers' policies.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be signposted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
